On February 23rd, MIC Brașov proudly participated in NGO Fest, an event that brought together local organizations dedicated to youth work in Brașov. This gathering offered a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded NGOs, exchange experiences, and explore new avenues for collaboration.
At our booth, we presented the Language Buddy project — a unique initiative that promotes language learning and cultural exchange between migrants and local youth. Through one-on-one conversations and interactive activities, project participants not only develop language skills but also build meaningful friendships and foster intercultural understanding.
The event was a great success, allowing us to introduce the project to a wider audience and engage with individuals interested in supporting or joining the initiative. We are truly grateful for the new connections and look forward to strengthening partnerships that contribute to an inclusive and diverse community here in Brașov.
