Through the Help Desk/Info Point opened at our office we offer information such as: obtaining a residence permit, how to enroll in a Romanian language cours, recognition of studies, obtaining a medical insurance, enrolling with a family doctor, obtaining a child allowance, enrolling children in school, employment conditions for foreign citizens, obtaining a long-term residence permit, obtaining Romanian citizenship, other various information.

In 2014 our organization has opened an Information Point for foreign citizens at the headquarters of the Immigration Service in Brașov. Now, it has been modernized and improved with ergonomic tables and chairs, modern bilingual Romanian – English display; friendly messages wishing “Welcome” in several foreign languages to those who choose Brașov as their new home. The information point is constantly fed with multilingual materials (English, Chinese, Turkish, Arabic, French, other foreign languages) that aim to inform foreigners in Brașov and their family members about how to better integrate, about their rights and obligations in Romania, legislative news in the field and the services offered by our center and other organizations in the field.
