Do you want to get involved in a European project together with several young migrants and Romanians living in Brasov? Do you want to help young migrants to integrate in Brasov and learn about them? Do you want to make Romanian friends and learn about Romanian society directly from people your age? Do you want to have new experiences, to gain new life perspectives, to stimulate your creativity, to learn about cultural diversity, tolerance, about how to fight hate speech and xenophobia, and enjoy a multicultural environment in your own city?
Join the project “EMPATHY – Empowering Migrants Promoting Inclusion via Capacity Building and Communities Engagement” funded by the European Union and implemented in Brasov Migrant Integration Center, in partnership with other NGOs in Germany (Pro Arbeit), Italy (Empathy Foundation and Project School) and Spain (Babel Association).
The Migrant Integration Center in Brasov is looking for 10 young migrants and 10 young Romanians (18-30 years old) to participate in cultural knowledge and learning activities and to promote the „revolution of empathy”. They will be involved in various non-formal activities of orientation, integration and social inclusion of young migrants that will eventually lead to empathic, positive attitudes among young Romanians towards diversity in general.
You can send us your CV and a short letter of motivation, but also your ideas for different activities in which you would like to participate with young Romanians and migrants living in Brasov at e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
